On the whole, the price of upstream raw material market fell slightly, and the price support for neopentyl glycol was weak due to the influence of supply and demand.

Looking at the future market, the overall trend of neopentyl glycol in mid to early May may be mainly characterized by a slight fluctuation and decline. The upstream isobutyraldehyde and formaldehyde markets have slightly declined, with insufficient cost support. The downstream paint market is average, and the enthusiasm for downstream procurement has weakened.
